نقش رضایت شغلی معلمان زبان انگلیسی ایرانی در عملکرد شغلی آنها: سهم ارزش خیرخواهی

Abstract :
بررسی رابطه بین عملکرد شغلی معلمان و متغیرهای مرتبط در یک محیط انگلیسی به عنوان زبان خارجی (EFL) محدود بوده است. به منظور پر کردن این خلاء پژوهشی، مطالعه حاضر به بررسی اثر واسطه ای ارزش خیرخواهی بر ارتباط بین رضایت شغلی و عملکرد شغلی در بین معلمان زبان انگلیسی پرداخت. نمونه ای متشکل از 237 معلم زبان انگلیسی (105 مرد و 132 زن) از موسسات آموزشی مختلف (دانشگاه ها، مدارس و موسسات زبان) برای این مطالعه پیمایشی همبستگی انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از چارچوب مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که بین رضایت شغلی معلمان زبان انگلیسی و عملکرد متنی (CP) و ابعاد رفتار کاری معکوس (CWB) عملکرد شغلی و ارزش خیرخواهانه آنها و عملکرد وظیفه (TP) و CP آنها رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، مشاهده میشود که ارزش خیرخواهی معلمان زبان انگلیسی رابطه بین رضایت شغلی و TP و CP آنها را واسطه گری میکند،اما بعد CWB را واسطه گری نمی کند.
