Analyzing the model of perceived justice of human resources with the approach of organizational cultures (case study of government organizations)

Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the dimensions of the perceived justice model of human resources in the organization with the approach of organizational cultures (the study of government organizations). The qualitative research method is based on the foundation's data theory. In the content analysis section of the articles, 313 articles were collected, 90 of which were classified as domestic (from 2018 to 2018) and foreign (2018 to 2022). The qualitative part was using open coding, axial coding and selective coding, the basic indicators were extracted. The interview questions were designed under the supervision of the scientific committee and designed as a semi-structured interview. 20 of them were selected as a sample until theoretical saturation by using the snowball method. The results of the current research led to the identification of 8 codes and 16 codes out of 285 were open codes. The main index includes market organizational culture, developmental organizational culture, hierarchical organizational culture, tribal organizational culture, distributive justice, procedural justice, and transactional justice. Hey, justice was information. In the second round, a Likert questionnaire was sent to 20 experts to determine the intensity of the effect of each component. The proposed pattern was specified.
