Green Human Resource Management A Investment Approach and Sustainable Development

Abstract :
The world is entering and experiencing green economy. In this economy, human resource and human capital as the bases of economic growth showed its superiority over physical capital. Considering consumers' demand and future changes of jobs are survival necessities of economy. Of course environmental issues and sustainable development are priorities of these changes. Human resource management introduce green Human Resource Management by focusing on human capital, environmental management plans and integrating them. In this way, they provide facilities and interesting conditions for all actors and investors. Consequently, by practicing in these programs, in addition to improving environmental performance of organization and considering sustainable development policies, the create beneficial relationships. Green management by optimizing resource and reducing waste of energy is passing industry- based financial systems and moving toward talent and capacity- based economic. In this paper, we introduce human capital as a key factor in sustainable development for improving economic development. Moreover, as a model of green Human Resource Management that is the main problem of the study. To fulfill the purpose of the study, seven stages of meta- synthesis were applied for investigating previous studies of researchers in 2010 to 2015.
