Abstract :
This research aims to study The effective factors upon the need to success in staff of the social security organization in South Khorasan Province in 2015. Statistical society of the research includes all employees employed in South Khorasan in the social security organization containing 350 people from which 184 people are selected as sample size by Cochrane modelling. This research is of correlation ones using sampling method of structural equations. Information is gathered by four questionnaires for achieving success, organizational learning, self confidence and individual skill among which questionnaire validity for achieving success is accounted equal. Research general results show that organizational learning has a direct, positive and meaningful effect on achieving success. Also, organizational learning affects achieving necessary success indirectly by medium variable of self confidence. And organizational learning doesn't affect achieving success indirectly by medium variable of individual skill. Also, individual skill affects achieving success indirectly by medium variable of self confidence. And finally some suggestions are presented such as providing necessary conditions for organizational learning by establishing viewpoints, knowledge and mental models of organization's members
