Abstract :
The present study is a case study aimed at investigating the continued use of e-learning in the headquarters of the State Tax Administration. The present study is a descriptive survey type in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population consisted of all users of the electronic learning system at the headquarters of the country's tax affairs committee, including managers and experts. According to the Kerjesi and Morgan tables, and according to the volume of 890 people in the research community, the sample size was estimated at 300 people, with a probability 284 questionnaires were collected and analyzed statistically. To collect data, a library method and two researcher-made questionnaires were used. A survey of research questions was performed using relevant statistical tests including exploratory factor analysis to determine the factors of continuity of electronic learning, single sample t test to determine the current status of continuing use of e-learning and Cronbach's alpha coefficient for questionnaire . The results showed that the users of the e-learning system at the headquarters of the State Tax Administration were factors influencing the continued use of e-learning, including system, organizational, human, and demographic factors. The components of the "system", "human", "demographic" factors as well as the factors affecting the continued use of e-learning are lower than the average, and only the components of the "organizational" factors were higher than the average for employees.
