Designing a Native Model of Ethical Human Capital Architecture in the Iranian Private Banking Industry (A Structural-Interpretive Approach)

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to design a native model for ethical architecture of human capital in the private banking industry of Iran. The research was conducted with a mixed approach and used a qualitative method to identify the components of the model and a quantitative method of structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) to explain the relationships between the indicators. Data were collected through a questionnaire with human resources experts and analysis of organizational documents and reports. The results of the research showed that the variables of justice, organizational culture, organizational autonomy, customer orientation, management style, work environment conditions, job satisfaction, and creating an ethical strategy are among the most effective components of the model. The final model presented organizes the causal relationships between these components at three main levels: independent, interdependent, and dependent. The findings showed that the use of ethical architecture in human capital management leads to improved job performance, reduced anti-citizenship behaviors, and improved organizational trust. From a practical perspective, the designed model can be used as a strategic tool in human resource planning of private banks.
