Comparative Path Estimation of Individual, Family, Organizational, Social, and Career Patterns in the Quality of Life of Employees in Different Generations of Work at Maskan Bank

Abstract :
This study aims to validate an adapted model of work-life quality for employees of Maskan Bank based on generational differences. The objective was to impact of generational differences on work life dimensions. This applied, descriptive-analytical research was conducted in four stages. In the first stage, work-life quality components were identified through the insights of 11 human resource experts. In the second stage, an interpretive structural modeling approach was employed to examine the relationships between different factors. In the third stage, the model was validated with 384 Maskan Bank employees. In the fourth stage, the path coefficients of the model were analyzed and compared across four generational groups. The findings revealed that, in the first generation, the relationship between family and job dimensions, with a path coefficient of 0.328 and a t-statistic of 8.632, was statistically significant, indicating a meaningful impact of family factors on job aspects. In the second generation, the relationship between family and individual dimensions, with a path coefficient of 0.614 and a t-statistic of 29.1, confirmed the strong influence of family support on personal growth. In the third generation, the relationship between family and individual dimensions, with a path coefficient of 0.713 and a t-statistic of 4.442, showed a strong impact of family factors on personal development. In the fourth generation, the family-to-job path was not statistically significant, indicating a reduced influence of family support on job aspects.
