Abstract :
Abstract
Introduction: This study deals with the structural modeling of social responsibility of principals of secondary sch ools in Shiraz.
research methodology: In terms of purpose, the current research is developmental-applicative,and in terms of data collection, according to the nature of the research, it is descriptive-survey. The statistical population will include all principals of secondary schools in Shiraz city and the sampling method will be stratified random. Cochran’s sample formula was used to estimate the sufficient number of samples in this research. Based on the statistical population of the research, 384 principals of secondary schools in Shiraz city were selected as the statistical sample of the research.
Findings: The social responsibility of secondary school principals in Shiraz has 5 main factors: aitruistic and humanirarian responsibilities, social responsibilities, environmental responsibilities. For the expansion and development of each of the factors, a number of indicators support them. The indicators actually explain the meaning and concept of each factor that shouid be taken into consideration during the social responsibility of the principals of secondary schools in Shiraz.
Conclusion: The social responsibility model of school principals in secondary school or the extension of social responsibility can help managers and pianners of educational systems in improving educational and educational conditions.
