Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of possible inconsistencies in the performance measurement system on role clarity and physical and mental health of Parsian Bank managers. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of approach and based on structural equations methodology. The statistical population of the research includes the managers of Bank Parsian in the western provinces of the country. In the evaluation of reflective measurement models, from the internal consistency of the indicator reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity and in the fitting of the structural model from the standard estimation mode of the estimated values of factor loadings and to interpret the results of the path model from the significance test Z and the values of the determination coefficient, the Stone Geisser value and Cohen effect analysis is used. The inconsistency of the performance measurement system affects the clarity of the role and well-being of Parsian Bank managers. Also, managerial reactions to economic and organizational developments have a profound effect on mental and physical health and the clarity of the role of managers. Job autonomy moderates this effect. It is suggested that a single and standard performance measurement system including specific and measurable key performance indicators be designed based on balanced criteria. This system should be continuously reviewed based on changes in the market and business needs.
