Abstract :
Objective: The purpose of this research was to identify the components and consequences of the development of the suggestions system in school management.
Research methodology: In this mixed method study Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 education managers. The statistical population in the quantitative section were teachers and principals of the first secondary high schools of Zahedan (N=1100). In the quantitative part, cluster random sampling method was used. The participants were 285 (60 administrators and 225 teachers). in qualitative part Interviews were implemented and analyzed through an inductive and theoretical coding method using MAXQDA12 software and in quantitative part the data was analyzed by structural equation modeling.
Findings: The findings showed that in the Suggestion system structure, the most important factor was the human factor dimension, while in the consequences structure, the most important factor was the impact of social justice.
Conclusion The result is that the development of the suggestion system for school management requires attention to the human factor. One of its important consequences is the expectation of the expansion of social justice.
