Identification of organizational health indicators in the country's education departments-

Abstract :
Objective: One of the most important issues that affects the performance of organizations and provides the basis for their success is the issue of organizational health. Knowing the organizational health of schools can facilitate the educational, educational and administrative affairs of schools and predict the effectiveness of school activities and lead to the implementation of programs in a scientific and expert manner. The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the indicators of organizational health in the education departments of the country.
Method: In terms of the objective, the current research was an applied research with a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the research includes 25 experts who were the decision team in identifying the indicators and dimensions of the variables, which were used by non-random (targeted) method and snowball method.
Findings: According to the findings of the research, for organizational health in the country's education departments, 57 indicators were identified in most of 13 components and 3 dimensions (organizational, managerial and behavioral). For the organizational dimension, the criteria of approach, responsiveness, sociability, learning and atmosphere were divided, for the managerial dimension, the criteria of leadership, motivation, process, and finance, and for the behavioral dimension, the criteria of innovation, culture, employee development, and validation were divided.
Conclusion: The results of the research showed that for organizational health in education departments of the country, attention should be paid to three organizational, managerial and behavioral dimensions.
