Abstract :
Nowadays, emotional fatigue has become a common problem in contractors, which covers all aspects of the contractors' lives and has caused a decrease in performance and the impact of construction projects. The current research was conducted with the aim of the effect of organizational silence and mobbing on emotional fatigue in construction project contractors. This study was a descriptive-correlation type of research. The statistical population of this research included all the contractors of construction projects in Rodhan city in 2023. This entire population was used as a research sample. 99 participants in the research responded to Maslach & Jackson's Emotional Fatigue Inventory (1981), Vakola & Bouradas (2005), Steffgen et al's Luxembourg Workplace Mobbing Scale (2019). The collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The findings indicated that organizational silence and mobbing had significant relationships with emotional exhaustion. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that in order to reduce emotional fatigue, it is necessary to pay attention to the role of mobbing and organizational silence.
