Identifying the effective factors on the quality of the implementation of the consultant's assistant project in the first secondary girls' schools of Kermanshah city and presenting the ideal model

Abstract :
Abstract Introduction: The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the quality of the implementation of the assistant counselor project in the first secondary girls' schools of Kermanshah city and providing a suitable model. research methodology: The research method was mixed and it was a quantitative survey and qualitative phenomenological study. The research community in the qualitative section of education and training documents and counselors working in girls' first secondary schools in the three districts of Kermanshah, which included 30 people as a targeted sample. Findings: The data collection tool was a form and a questionnaire, the reliability of which was estimated based on Cronbach's alpha of 0.89. 53 items were extracted from the analysis of the qualitative data obtained from the answers of the participants to the research questions, in which the structural factor with an average of 4.87 has the greatest effect on the quality of the implementation of the consultant's assistant plan and the environmental factor with an average of 4.85 and the behavioral factor with an average of 77 4/ was determined Conclusion: The result is that in the documents of education and education, especially in the statutes of Farhangian University, the effective factors on the consultant assistant plan have been emphasized, but unfortunately, there are still shortcomings in the way of education reaching the desired and expected level in the implementation of the consultant assistant plan.
