Abstract :
The present study was designed in response to the question posed by the researcher that what factors in the spiritual intelligence of managers with the origin of the realization of sensory marketing strategies have the greatest effect in achieving sustainable governance. The results obtained after a pre-research stage, the main research with the aim of identifying the model of spiritual intelligence with the sensory marketing approach in order to achieve sustainable governance: the case study of administrators of Qutb University of Medical Sciences in 8 countries. Method: In terms of the objective, the current research is applied, quantitative and qualitative research, and in terms of the implementation method, it is a descriptive-survey research, and the results of interviews with experts have been used in the research process. The statistical population of the research includes 10 experts who are the decision team in identifying the indicators and dimensions of the variables, using non-random (targeted) and snowball methods. The findings of the research show that the sensory marketing model with a spiritual intelligence approach in order Realization of sustainable governance: the case of the study of administrators of Qutb University of Medical Sciences in 8 countries, 51 indicators were identified in most of 11 components and 3 dimensions. The identified criteria include the criteria of understanding emotions, quantity and quality of emotional relationships, responding to emotions, creating motivation, capacity building, education, communication. , awareness, social skills, value creation and participation strategies.
