The Model of Citizenship Rights from the Perspective of Islamic Jurisprudence and Principles and Its Role in Improving the Human Capital Management System

Abstract :

Citizenship rights are one of the important topics and topics that widely pay attention to justice and equality and have found a special place in social, political and legal theories. The category of "citizenship" is realized in a society when all members of that society have all rights. Have civil and political rights, participate in various fields and take on duties and responsibilities in line with the rights they have in order to better manage the society and create order. The purpose of this article is to examine the model of citizenship rights from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and foundations and its role in improving the human capital management system. A survey method was used to confirm the model by surveying 20 experts in the field of citizenship law and public law professors. The research findings in the qualitative part show that the dimensions of the model of citizenship rights from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and foundations include 5 dimensions: 1. Human dignity, 2. Citizens' supervision of managers, 3. Realization of justice and service, 4. Citizenship rights and welfare standards. and 5. It is citizenship and participation rights, and in the quantitative part, it is concluded by using the structural equation modeling method that the mentioned 5 dimensions are also approved by the expert community.
