Identifying the factors related to the pattern of relationship between the requirements of strategic planning of human resources and positioning strategies of sports services with thematic analysis method (case study: Kerman city)

Abstract :
in today's era, sports as an economic sector from the practical aspect and the consumption of sports goods and services and the economic development of different societies play an essential role, and sports organizations, like other organizations, are exposed to many environmental changes and developments, and in face of such a situation, they cannot escape from Use strategic planning. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors related to the pattern of the relationship between the strategic planning requirements of human resources and the positioning strategies of sports services with thematic analysis method in Kerman. The existing research is developmental in terms of purpose and thematic analysis method. The statistical population of the research included university professors and managers of sports complexes. The sample was selected purposefully and at the point of theoretical saturation with the number of 21 people. The tool of data collection was semi-structured interview and the method of analyzing the interviews was theme analysis. In order to extract the model of strategic human resource planning requirements and analyze its relationship with the positioning strategies of sports services, 11 organizing themes were obtained, 5 of which are related to to the variable of strategic human resource planning requirements and 6 organizer themes are related to the variable of positioning strategies of sports services. The presented results show that the organizer theme of managerial requirements is a larger part of the model of strategic human resource planning requirements and the organizer theme of identity comparison is a larger part of the strategies model. It explains the positioning of sports services in the sports complexes of Kerman city.
