Investigating factors affecting the longevity of human resources in the banking industry (case study of employees of Tejarat Bank branches in Tehran)

Abstract :

The current research is about investigating factors affecting the longevity of human resources of Tejarat Bank. Human resources are smart assets and the most important capital of any organization. Therefore, efforts should be made to maintain human resources. The current type of research is practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of research method, it is a descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of this research was the customers of Tejarat Bank branches in Tehran; Due to the unlimited population, according to Morgan's table, the sample size was calculated as 384 people. The sampling method in this research was a random method (two-stage cluster) due to the lack of access to all customers, and the required information was collected using a standard questionnaire, then for the purpose of data analysis and hypothesis testing, statistical software was used. SPSS was used. The results of the research hypothesis test show that the variables of motivation, organizational culture, organizational commitment, organizational trust, rights and benefits system, organizational justice, job satisfaction, job characteristics, working conditions and career path have a significant effect on the longevity of human resources; All these variables together in the banking industry will encourage the employees and according to the results, it will lead to the retention and loyalty of the employees, and in the last pages, according to the important indicators of each of the influential variables, practical suggestions will be given for this important goal.
