Abstract :
This study was conducted to investigate effect of Salicylic acid and Gibberllic acid to the reaction of turnip seed temperature and relative to the pretreatment premier herbal physiology lab in azad university of bojnourd in academic year of 2015-2016 has done. The experiment for factorial informat of totally random repeated for 4 times. The hormones growth promoters contains Gibberllic acid in the amount of 0, 250, 500 mg/l for 24 hours and Salicylic acid in the amount of 0, 250, 500 mg/l for 10 hours at different temperatures of 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 Ċ in 12 days germination examined. After reviewing the results can be stated, The use of seed priming increased germination rate and uniformity of emergence in different temperature conditions to 30 ° C was effective and could reduce the time to 50% germination, In general can say to use of Gibberellic acid prime at a concentration of 500 mg/l And Salicylic acid treatment with concentration of 250 mg/l At higher temperatures reduce the effects of thermal stress on Index germination and seedling components And improve the germination.
