Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to provide a model of electronic preparation components for virtual and online training of various sports fields with a grounded theory approach. This research has a qualitative approach and grounded theory is used as a research method. The method of data collection, study of theoretical foundations and in-depth and open interviews with 17 experts and experts in the field of virtual education, including sports management professors who have experience in online teaching, professors in the IT field, prominent and elite trainers who have experience in teaching It was virtual. Sampling was done in a purposeful way for qualitative interviews in the subject of the research. The validity of this research was examined and confirmed by the interviewees and then expert professors. Reliability was also confirmed using the process audit study method. For data analysis, continuous comparison method was used during three stages of open, central, and selective coding using McKiodi Pro version software. The data analysis showed that 56 conceptual codes and 15 main categories are among the most important causal conditions, intervening contexts, consequences and effective strategies on the electronic preparation of virtual and online training of various sports disciplines.
