Abstract :

This research was conducted in order to investigate the effect of short time skill training on the behavioral Competencies of kindergarten teachers in Minoudasht. The research method used in this study is descriptive and correlational in terms of its applied purpose, quantitative in terms of data type, and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research includes all kindergarten teachers who participated in short time skill training courses in Minoudasht in 2022, and the number of trained teachers was about 132 people. Due to the limited statistical population, the entire population was used for the sample size, and then using a researcher-made questionnaire in three dimensions and 21 items based on a five-point Likert scale, and extracted items were questioned. In the descriptive statistics section, the description of the data is presented in two sections, background variables and main variables, and in the inferential statistics section, non-parametric Pearson correlation test, T test and regression were used to check the hypotheses. According to the research data, it can be said that short time skill training (perceptual skills, human skills and technical skills) has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral Competencies of kindergarten teachers in Minoudasht
