Study of the Effect of Organizational Intelligence on Students Educational Motivation

Abstract :
The main goal of in this research is to measure the effect of organizational intelligence of faculty members on the academic motivation of students using structural equations. Organizational intelligence is the acquisition of comprehensive knowledge and information about all factors affecting the organization. Also, the motivation for education includes an internal force that drives the learner into an all-encompassing assessment of his performance, according to the highest standards, in order to enjoy the pleasure that succeeds in performance. In order to measure the organizational intelligence of the faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz, Karl Albarhat Standard Organizational Inventory, which has 49 items, has been used. Educational motivation has seven dimensions: strategic outlook, shared destiny, desire for change, unity and agreement, morale, application of knowledge and performance pressure. To measure academic motivation, Hartler's standard questionnaire, which includes 33 items, was used as the main objective of Hartre. The standard questionnaire for the organizational intelligence of Elbrucht was distributed among 60 faculty members and Hartre's academic motivation questionnaire among 160 students. The statistical data of the questionnaires were entered into the SPSS program, and analyzed by tests such as KMO, total value of variance, and factor load test of the total amount of variance explained. The results of this research indicate that in the organizational intelligence section of faculty members, strategic vision, unity, consensus and application of knowledge at the level of faculty members are most important and their impact on student's academic motivation is higher.
