Abstract :
One of the main subsidiaries of entrepreneurship is an entrepreneurial organization that has contributed to the success and excellence of organizations. Many organizations policies that are formulated for the development of entrepreneurship are associated with information technology. On the other hand, entrepreneurial efforts in organization together with intellectual capital become more effective and can enhance competitive advantages and increase the company's overall performance. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of information technology and intellectual capital on the entrepreneurial organization. In terms of the purpose, it was an applied research, and in terms of methodology, it was a descriptive-survey one. The statistical sample included 172 employees in the Sobhan Oncology. Of them, 119 employees were selected randomly through Cochran formula. For data collection, Mortinz et al. questionnaire (2004) for measuring information technology, Bontis intellectual capital questionnaire (1998) and entrepreneurial organization questionnaire were used. Results analyzed by SMART-PLS software showed that information technology had significant affect an intellectual capital, intellectual capital had an adverse effect on entrepreneurial organization. However, information technology had significant and moderate effect on entrepreneurial organization. In addition, information technology as a moderating variable can increase positive effect of intellectual capital on entrepreneurial organization.
