Abstract :
Education has always been one of the most important concerns of reformers and thinkers, in the era of information and super-fast data exchange, the volume of information produced and supplied to humans has caused challenges such as heavy information burden. Western thinkers have proposed strategies to get rid of these injuries. This qualitative research is based on content analysis approach and with library tools in order to extract concepts related to information overload and coping strategies from Islamic texts. The findings of the research show that the Holy Quran is the most important Islamic text for dealing with the heavy load of information, screening with the criterion of usefulness, leaving questioning about unpleasant matters, screening with the criterion of liking, screening data based on suspicion, screening with the criterion of evaluating the source, removing data with the characteristic of absence. , has suggested the removal of data outside the scope of expertise. The strategy of Seerah Masoomin, peace be upon him, in facing this phenomenon in this direction, has included selecting the most desirable data, screening unnecessary data, removing harmful and useless data, and screening irrelevant data.
