Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to evaluate and prioritize different types of interaction in e-learning environment and its related criteria using hierarchical analysis process technique. To achieve this goal, library research and descriptive survey method were used. The research population consisted of all sources related to different patterns and types of interaction in e-learning environment based on internal and external experiences. In addition, all the experts, experts and practitioners of e-learning centers active in schools, education department and Islamic Azad University of Ardabil also included the research community and the sample members were purposefully selected according to the research objectives and questions. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire using the Harvard E-learning Acceptance Questionnaire with validity and reliability of 93% reliability. Interaction methods in e-learning environments were applied to prioritize research literature and interview with professors, identifying and hierarchical analysis process techniques. The findings of the study showed that the share of teacher-student interaction variables with 32%, student-content 23% and teacher-content 16% had the highest impact factor on students' learning and interaction satisfaction and participation in the process, respectively.
