چکیده مقاله :
مسکن به عنوان سرپناه جهت مصونیت، آرامش، سلامت و شادابی ساکنان، بهترین شیوه سرمایهگذاری و عنصر جدایی ناپذیر اقتصاد مردم است که باعث ثبات و همبستگی خانواده، کاهش مشکلاتی نظیر بزهکاری، طلاق، از هم گسیختگی اجتماعی، خیابانخوابی، زاغهنشینی و تکدیگری میشود تا حدی که حق برخورداری از مسکن مناسب به عنوان جزئی از حق استاندارد زندگی در بسیاری از اسناد بینالمللی حقوق بشر قید شده است. رشد روز افزون شهر نشینی، مسائل و مشکلات جدید و خاصی را در زندگی و روابط انسان ها به وجود آورده است.یکی از عمده ترین مشکلات مسئله مسکن می باشد شهرهای کشورهای در حال توسعه از منظر برنامه ریزی شهری، با شرایط نامطلوبی مواجه اند، به گونه ای که هال و فایفر چشم انداز آن را با طرح سؤالی، چنین توصیف می کنند که آیا در شهرهای جهان در حال توسعه می توان به رهیافت هایی از برنامه ریزی شهری دست یافت و از طریق آن امید به افزایش درآمد و بهبود شرایط محیطی همة شهروندان داشت؟ مطابق با مطالب ارائه شده هدف کلی تحقیق عبارت است از ارائه الگوی مناسب تامین مسکن جامعه ایثارگری از منظر شاخصهای پایداری مسکن (مطالعه موردی: پروژه نصیرشهر بنیادشهید و امور ایثارگران) میباشد. جنبه جدید بودن و نوآوری در تحقیق به لحاظ پرداختن به ارائه الگوی تامین مسکن مناسب برای جامعه ایثارگری که یک بحث و راهبرد جدید و مورد تأکید مقام عظمای ولایت است همچنین به لحاظ نبود عقبه تحقیقاتی خاص با این روش تحقیق در خصوص ارائه الگوی تامین مسکن مناسب جامعه ایثارگری تحقیق جدید محسوب شده و نوآوری خاص ارائه الگویی مناسب جهت تامین مسکن جامعه ایثارگری در سطح کشور میباشد.جنبه جديد بودن و نوآوري در تحقيق به لحاظ پرداختن به ارائه الگوی تامین مسکن مناسب برای جامعه ایثارگری که یک بحث و راهبرد جدید و مورد تأکید مقام عظمای ولایت است،
Housing as a shelter for residents' immunity, peace, health and vitality is the best way of investment and an integral element of the people's economy, which causes family stability and solidarity, reducing problems such as delinquency, divorce, social disintegration, street sleeping, slum living and begging. So much so that the right to have a suitable housing is included as part of the right to standard of living in many international human rights documents. The increasing growth of urbanization has created new and special problems in people's lives and relationships. One of the major problems is housing. The cities of the developing countries are facing unfavorable conditions from the point of view of urban planning, so that Hall and Pfeifer describe its perspective by posing a question, whether in the cities of the developing world, approaches of Urban planning was achieved and through it there was hope to increase the income and improve the environmental conditions of all citizens? According to the presented materials, the general purpose of the research is to provide a suitable model of providing housing for the sacrifice society from the perspective of housing sustainability indicators (case study: Nasirshahr Project of the Martyrs Foundation and Affairs). The aspect of being new and innovative in the research in terms of providing a suitable housing supply model for the self-sacrificing society, which is a new discussion and strategy emphasized by the governor of the province, also in terms of the lack of specific research obstacles with this research method in terms of providing a housing supply model It is considered suitable for the self-sacrificing society as a new research and the special innovation is to provide a suitable model for providing housing for the self-sacrificing society at the level of the country
