بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پایداری اقتصاد حاکم بر المپیادهای ورزشی دانشجویان

چکیده مقاله :
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پایداری اقتصاد حاکم بر المپیادهای ورزشی دانشجویان انجام گردید.. تحقیق حاضر از نوع، تحقیقات توصیفی تحلیل می باشد که به صورت میدانی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه خبرگان و اساتید دانشگاهی در رشته مدیریت ورزشی تشکیل دادند که در حوزه مسائل ورزش دانشگاهی تخصص کافی را دارا بودند. تعداد 14 نفر بر اساس انتخاب هدفمند به عنوان نمونه تحقیق مشخص شدند. ابزار تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ای بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر، بـه منظـور طراحـی چـارچوب مفهـومی تحقیق از نظریه سه شاخگی کمک گرفته شد. به منظور بررسی یافته های تحقیق از روش الکتره استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که برون سپاری خدمات بازاریابی المپیادهای ورزشی دانشجویان با چیرگی 13 مهمترین عامل موثر بر پایداری اقتصاد حاکم بر المپیادهای ورزشی دانشجویان میباشد. نتایج این آزمون همچنین نشان داد که ایجاد یارانههای دولتی به دانشگاههای میزبان المپیاد با چیرگی صفر، کم اهمیتترین عامل موثر بر پایداری اقتصاد حاکم بر المیپادهای ورزشی دانشجویان میباشد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر مشخص نمود که جهت اقتصاد حاکم بر المپیادهای ورزشی دانشجویان نیاز است تا برخی فعالیت های بازاریابی مربوط به این رویدادها به صورت برونسپاری به سازمانها و شرکتهای مطرح واگذار گردد.
The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the stability of the economy governing student sports olympiads. The statistical population of this research was made up of all university experts and professors in the field of sports management who had sufficient expertise in the field of university sports. The number of 14 people was determined as a research sample based on purposeful selection. The instrument of the present research was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were checked and confirmed. In the present research, in order to design the conceptual framework of the research, the three-pronged theory was used. In order to check the findings of the research, the Electra method was used. The results of this research showed that the outsourcing of the marketing services of student sports olympiads is the most important factor affecting the stability of the economy governing student sports olympiads with the dominance of 13. The results of this test also showed that the creation of government subsidies to the host universities of the Olympiad is the least important factor affecting the stability of the economy governing the sports Olympiads of students. The results of the present research indicated that for the economy governing student sports olympiads, it is necessary to outsource some marketing activities related to these events to prominent organizations and companies.
