مقایسه کارکردهای خانوادگی بیماران وسواسی – اجباری و افسرده با افراد سالم بر اساس مدل مک مستر

اختلال وسواسی– اجباری و نیز افسردگی به دلیل ویژگی هایی که دارند می توانند باعث ناکارآمدی کارکرد خانواده شوند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی کارکرد خانواده بیماران وسواسی– اجباری و افسرده بر اساس نظریه مدل خانوادگی مک مستر و مقایسه آن با کارکرد خانواده افراد سالم می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را بیماران وسواسی – اجباری و افسرده مراجعه کننده به کلینیکهای روانپزشکی شهر تبریز تشکیل می دادند. که از بین آنها 80 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گروه کنترل نیز از بین دانشجویان و کارکنان دانشگاه تبریز انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ها به پرسشنامه های وسواسی-اجباری مادسلی(MOCI)، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (BDI-II) و آزمون سنجش خانواده (FAD) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از MANOVA استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان دادند که در بعد عملکرد عمومی گروه سالم بهتر از افسرده و گروه افسرده بهتر از بیماران وسواسی عمل کرده اند (001/0>p). در بعد ارتباط گروه بیماران، کارکرد خانوادگی ضعیف تری نسبت به گروه سالم داشتند (001/0>p). در بعد درگیری عاطفی گروه افسرده از هر دو گروه سالم و وسواسی ضعیف تر عمل کرده بودند (001/0>p). در بعد پاسخ گویی عاطفی تنها بین دو گروه افسرده و سالم تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (001/0>p).
The obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and depression, due to their characteristics, can impair family functioning. The aim of this research is to study family functioning in patients with OCD and depression based on McMaster’s model and to Compare it with the family functioning The aim of this research is to study family functioning in patients with OCD and depression based on Mc Master’s model and to compare it with the family functioning of normal people .The statistic population included the patients with OCD and depression who referred to the psychiatric clinics of Tabriz. From among them, 80 people were selected by available sampling and were assigned to the experimental group. The control group was selected from among the students and employees of Tabriz University. All the participants were asked to complete the Moudsley Obsessive -Compulsive Inventory (MOCI), Beck’s Depression Inventory (BDI-II) and Family Assessment Device (FAD). The data were analyzed by MANOVA. The results indicated that with regard to general functioning ,the normal people act better than depression group ,and the depression group act better than OCD patients (p<0.001).Regarding communication, the patients act poorly compared to the normal group (p<0.001) and from the viewpoint of affective involvement, the depressive patients showed more dysfunction than OCD and normal people. However, concerning affective responsiveness, there was a significant relation only between the depressive and the normal group (p<0.001).
