اثربخشی کاربرد بسته آموزشی تدوین شده ارتباط موثر همسری بر بازسازی الگوی ناسالم رابطه زناشویی زوجین

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی کاربرد بسته آموزشی تدوین شده ارتباط موثر همسری بر بازسازی الگوی ناسالم رابطه زناشویی زوجین بود. طرح پژوهش شبهآزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه زوجین دارای کودکی که در پایه ششم ابتدایی در مدارس ناحیه 4 شهر کرج مشغول به تحصیل بود و همچنین الگوی رابطه زناشویی موثری نداشتند با تعداد 80 والد تشکیل داد. تعداد 32 زوج به همراه فرزندشان به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (16 زوج) و کنترل (16 زوج) قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های الگوی ارتباط زوجین استفاده شد. بسته آموزشی بر اساس برنامه آموزشی ارتباط زوجین مینه سوتا، زوجدرمانی هیجانمحور تنظیم شد و روایی آن مورد تایید متخصصان قرار گرفت که ضریب توافقی بین نظر متخصصان (04/5) بود. آموزش در 10 جلسه به میزان 22ساعت در مدت 5هفته اعمال گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و تحلیلواریانس برای سنجه های تکرارشده استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد پس از آموزش بین نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و همچنین بین نمرات پس آزمون و پیگیری رابطه موثر زوجین در سطح (0001/0=sig) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. در نتیجه میتوان برنامه آموزشی تدوین شده پژوهش حاضر را برای بهبود الگوی رابطه زناشویی زوجین به کار برد.
The Purpose of the present study was to investigate the Effectiveness of the Application of the Developed educational Package of Spousal Communication in the Reconstruction of the Unhealthy Pattern of Marital Communication of Couples.The design of this study was quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest and two-month follow-up and control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all couples having a child who was studying in the sixth grade of primary school in the 4th district of Karaj city and also did not have an effective marital communication pattern (80 parents). 32 couples, were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to the experimental(16couples) and control group(16couples). In order to measure the variables, the spouses' communication pattern Questionnaire were used, The Educational package based on the Minnesota Couples Communication curriculum, and emotion-centered couple therapy was prepared and its validity was approved by experts through contingency coefficient of 5.04 Training was used in 10 sessions of 22 hours in 5 weeks. To analyze data from Covariance analysis and variance analysis was used. Findings showed that after training by educational package there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores and also between post-test scores and follow up of the effective communication between the couple (sig=0.0001). As a result, the educational program developed in the present study can be used to improve the pattern of marital communication between couples
