میزان رضایت ساکنین مجتمع مسکونی ازمولفه های مؤثر بر مطلوبیت فضای سبز (مطالعه موردی: مجتمع‌های الهیه و امیریه کرمانشاه)

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: فضای سبز همچنان به‌مثابه عنصری جدایی‌ناپذیر از زندگی انسان قلمداد می‌شوند. ایجاد فضاهای سبز با کارایی مناسب و مطلوب در مجتمع‌های مسکونی همواره امری ضروری محسوب می‌شود. در این پژوهش میزان رضایت ساکنین دو مجتمع مسکونی الهیه و امیریه کرمانشاه از مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر مطلوبیت فضای سبز مورد کنکاش قرار گرفت.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. مؤلفه‌های فضای سبز شناسایی و از بررسی متون، مطالعات مرتبط و نظرات متخصصین در قالب پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و با تأیید متخصصین مربوطه به‌صورت قالب مقیاس لیکرت (پنج گزینه‌ای) طراحی و توسط 143 نفر از مجتمع امیریه و 158 نفر از مجتمع الهیه انتخاب شدند که درمجموع 301 پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید. تمام تحلیل‌های آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت گرفت، جهت توصیف مؤلفه‌های پژوهش از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، واریانس) استفاده شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی از ضریب همبستگی برای بررسی ارتباط بین مساحت فضای سبز و میزان رضایت ساکنین از مجتمع، از آزمون تی مستقل برای مقایسه میزان رضایت ساکنین دو مجتمع مذکور، از آزمون فریدمن جهت شناسایی مؤلفه‌های رضایتمندی ساکنین استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن است که احساس رضایت در مجتمع مسکونی الهیه نسبت به مجتمع مسکونی امیریه بالاتر است و از میان 14 مؤلفه مؤثر در رضایت ساکنین دو مجتمع، مساحت فضای سبز بیشترین امتیاز و امکانات فضای سبز مانند وسایل بازی کودکان کمترین امتیاز را داشتند. به‌عبارت‌دیگر با افزایش مساحت فضای سبز، میزان رضایتمندی ساکنین از مجتمع نیز افزایش پیدا می‌کند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: درنتیجه 14 مؤلفه در این تحقیق موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. باید به‌طور قابل‌توجهی در پروژه‌های مجتمع مسکونی در اولویت قرار گیرند تا منجر به افزایش رضایت ساکنین شوند.

Background and Objective: Green spaces are still considered as an inseparable element of human life. Creating green spaces with appropriate and optimal efficiency in residential complexes is always considered essential. In this research, the level of satisfaction of the residents of two residential complexes, Elahia and Amirieh, Kermanshah, was investigated regarding the factors affecting the desirability of green space.
Material and Methodology: This research is descriptive-analytical. The components of the green space were identified and based on the review of texts, related studies and experts' opinions in the form of a researcher's questionnaire, and with the approval of the relevant experts, it was designed in the form of a Likert scale (five options) and was selected by 143 people from Amirieh Complex and 158 people from Elahia Complex, which in total 301 people were completed. All statistical analyzes were done using SPSS software, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, variance) were used to describe the research components. In the inferential statistics section, the correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between the area of green space and the level of satisfaction of the residents of the complex, the independent t-test was used to compare the level of satisfaction of the residents of the two mentioned complexes, and the Friedman test was used to identify the components of the satisfaction of the residents.
Findings: The results indicate that the feeling of satisfaction in Elahia residential complex is higher than that of Amirieh residential complex, and among the 14 factors affecting the satisfaction of the residents of the two complexes, the area of green space had the highest score and green space facilities such as children's play equipment had the lowest score. In other words, with the increase in the area of green space, the level of satisfaction of the residents with the complex also increases.
Discussion and Conclusion: As a result, 14 components were examined in this research. They should be significantly prioritized in residential complex projects to lead to an increase in residents' satisfaction.
