بررسی امنیت شغلی و ادراک حمایت سازمانی در پیشبینی بهرهوری کارکنان قراردادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خرم آباد

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: اهمیت بهرهوری کارکنان در سازمانها بخش انکار ناپذیر در حوزه مدیریت سازمان میباشد. بهرهوری بالا، موجب بالا رفتن سطح زندگی و رفاه اجتماعی از راه درآمد واقعی، رقابت ملی و کیفیت زندگی میشود. از اینرو بررسی عواملی که میتوانند این بهرهوری را در سازمان پیشبینی کنند ضروری به نظر میرسد. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی پیمایشی و از شاخه همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری آن جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان قراردادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خرم آباد میباشد. با استفاده از جدول مورگان 196 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین شده و این تعداد به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای از جامعه آماری انتخاب شده اند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه میباشد. برای تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. یافتهها: ضریب همبستگی امنیت شغلی و بهرهوری کارکنان قراردادی برابر 0/25 =r میباشد که در سطح 0/001 معنادار میباشد. همچنین ضریب همبستگی ادراک حمایت سازمانی و بهرهوری کارکنان قراردادی برابر 38/0 =r میباشد که در سطح 001/0 معنادار میباشد. امنیت شغلی و ادراک حمایت سازمانی قدرت پیشبینی بهرهوری کارکنان قراردادی را دارند (19/95=F و 0/001>P) و متغیر پیش بین امنیت شغلی با بتای (0/16=b) و ادراک حمایت سازمانی با بتای (0/33=b) قدرت دارند که بهرهوری کارکنان قراردادی را پیشبینی کنند. نتیجهگیری: امنیت شغلی از جمله عوامل بهداشتی است و تامین آن از سوی سازمان باعث ادامه خدمت میشود، لذا ارضای آن در روابط شغلی موجب خشنودی شغلی و در نتیجه عملکرد اثربخش همراه با کارایی و بهرهوری مناسب میشود. حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده زمینه مطلوب شغلی را فراهم میآورد و با درک حمایت سازمان روابط متقابل و محکمی بین سازمان و افراد ایجاد میشود. همچنین مشخص شد هر سازمانی برای افزایش بهرهوری نیازمند احساس امنیت در شغل و درک حمایت سازمانی میباشد تا بتواند از بهرهوری بالایی برخوردار باشد.
Introduction: The importance of employee productivity in organizations is an undeniable part in the management of the organization. High productivity increases living standards and social welfare through real incomes, national competitiveness and quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the factors that can predict this productivity in the organization. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of applied and descriptive survey method and correlation branch. The statistical population of this study consisted of all contracted personnel of Khoramabad University of Medical Sciences. Using Morgan's table, 196 people were selected as sample size and these numbers were selected by stratified random sampling from the statistical population. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used to analyze the data. Results: The correlation coefficient of occupational safety and productivity of contract staff was r = 0.25, which is significant at the level of 0.001. The correlation coefficient of perceived organizational support and the productivity of contract staff is r = 0.38, which is significant at the level of 0.001. Job security and organizational support perceived the power of predicting the productivity of contract staff (F = 19.95, P <0.001), and job security pre-beta variable (β = 0.16) and organizational support perception of beta (β = 0.33) have the power to predict the productivity of contract staff. Conclusion: Occupational safety is one of the health factors and its maintenance by the organization continues to serve, therefore its satisfaction in job relations leads to job satisfaction and as a result of effective performance along with proper efficiency and efficiency. Perceived organizational support provides a desirable field of business, and with the understanding of the organization's support, there is a strong and consistent relationship between organization and individuals. It was also found that any organization needed to increase its productivity by feeling the security of the job and understanding of organizational support so that it could enjoy high productivity.
