تعیین ارزش گردشگری روستای کندوله کرمانشاه با کاربرد مدل لوجیت

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف : یکی از عوامل توسعهپایدار اکولوژیکی، با ارزش بودن سرمایههای طبیعی و ملی میباشد که این مفهوم، ما را بهسوی سؤالاتی درباره میزان ارزش گذاری محیطی راهنمایی می کند که میتواند در سطوح مالی رخ دهد. روش بررسی : در این بررسی برای اندازه گیری میزان تمایل به پرداخت بازدیدکنندگان از مدل لوجیت استفاده شده و براساس روش حداکثر درست نمائی، پارامترهای این مدل برآورد گردید. به این منظور، از پیمایشی شامل 100 بازدیدکننده روستای توریستی کندوله شهرستان کرمانشاه که به صورت تصادفی در مهرماه سال 1394 گزینش شده بودند، استفاده شد. یافته ها : نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که متوسط تمایل به پرداخت افراد جهت بازدید از فضای این روستای تاریخی-توریستی براساس روش لوجیت، 16240 ریال میباشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری : بنابراین این روستا با توجه به تعدد بازدیدکنندگان در طول سال، ارزش تفریحی قابل توجهی داشته که این ارزش برای سیاست گزاران و تصمیمگیرندگان، توجیهی را فراهم می کند تا از کیفیت فضای این منطقه حمایت نمایند و از کم جلوه دادن آن جلوگیری کنند. متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر این میزان تمایل به پرداخت شامل سن، تحصیلات، تعداد افراد خانواده، درآمد و رضایت از امنیت اجتماعی می باشد.
Background and Objective: One of ecologically sustainable development, the value of natural capital and national. This concept brings us to the questions about the valuation of environmental guidelines that can occur in financial levels. Method: In this study, to measure the willingness to pay (WTP) logit model was used based on the maximum likelihood method, model parameters were estimated. For this purpose, the survey included 100 visits tourist village KANDOLE city of Kermanshah, randomly selected in October 1394 were used. Findings: The results of this study showed that the average willingness to pay to visit the historical-tourist village based on logit, 16240 rials. Discussion and Conclusion: So this village due to the large number of visitors during the year, a significant recreational value, the value for policy makers and decision makers, provides justification to support the environmental quality of the area and prevented from degrading them. Factors affecting the willingness to pay, including age, education, family size, income and social security is the satisfaction.
