                                                            در این پژوهش فرهنگ سازمانی و نقش آن در شکل گیری رفتار شهروندی سازمانی به عنوان هدف بررسی شده است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است و از روش زمینه یابی استفاده شده است. ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه فرهنگ سازمانی استیفن رابینز با پایایی 85/0 و پرسش نامه محقق ساخته رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با پایایی 72/0 می باشد. تعداد نمونه 216 نفر از کارشناسان حوزه ستادی وزارت آموزش و پرورش می باشند که به روش طبقه ای نسبتی انتخاب شده اند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی همچون همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. یافته های بدست آمده از معادله های ساختاری نشان می دهند که فرهنگ سازمانی بیش ترین تاثیر را بر شکل گیری وفاداری سازمانی دارد. افزون بر این، فرهنگ سازمانی بر شکل گیری نوع دوستی، وجدان کاری، مشارکت سازمان، نزاکت و اطاعت سازمانی تاثیر مثبت دارد.

                                                The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of organizational culture in the formation of organizational citizenship behavior. This descriptive study utilized survey method to collect data. The research instruments used were the Stephen Robins’ organizational culture questionnaire (reliability= 0.85) and a researcher-designed questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior (reliability= 0.72). The sample consisted of 216 randomly-selected experts working for the Ministry of Education. Data analysis involved descriptive and deductive statistics including Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of SEM indicated that organizational culture exerts the highest effect on the formation of organizational loyalty. In addition, organizational culture positively affects the formation of humanism, commitment, organizational participation, and organizational politeness and obedience.
