مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر معنویت در محیط کار بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان با میانجیگری تعهد سازمانی برای ارائه مدل معادله ساختاری در بین معلمان متوسطه اول ناحیه 4 شهر کرج انجام شد. روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش، توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) و طرح پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعهی آماری پژوهش، همه ی معلمان متوسطه اول ناحیه 4 کرج در سال 1399 بودند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهی معنویت در محیط کار میلیمان و همکاران(2003)، پرسشنامهی تعهد سازمانی آلن و می یر(1991)، پرسشنامهی عملکرد شغلی پاترسون(1970) بودند. یافته ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که بین معنویت در محیط کار با تعهد سازمانی و عملکرد شغلی رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. در عین حال تعهد نقش میانجی را در رابطه بین معنویت در محیط کار و عملکرد شغلی ایفا می کند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته های آماری نشان داد، متغیر تعهد سازمانی به صورت معنی داری رابطه بین معنویت در محیط کار با عملکرد شغلی معلمان را میانجی گری میکند.
Introduction and aim: The aim of the current study was to investigate the effect of workplace spirituality on teachers' job performance mediated by organizational commitment to provide a structural equation model among junior secondary school in district 4 of karaj. research methodology: The present research is a descriptive (non-experimental) one and the research design is a correlation as a type of structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study was all junior secondary school teachers in District 4 of Karaj in 1999, which numbered 485 people, out of which 215 people were randomly selected as the sample through krejcie and morgan sampling table. Research instruments included milliman et al. (2003) Spirituality in the workplace questionnaire, Allen and Meyer (1991) organizational commitment questionnaire, and patterson (1970) Job Performance Questionnaire. Findings: The results of the correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spirituality in the workplace, organizational commitment and job performance. At the same time, commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and job performance. Conclusion: The statistical findings showed that the organizational commitment variable significantly mediates the relationship between spirituality in the work environment and teachers' job performance.
