چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه شایستهگزینی مدیران با خلاقیت در کارکنان صدا و سیمای استان گلستان صورت پذیرفته است. این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 108 نفر از کارکنان صدا و سیمای استان گلستان هستند که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر چند تن از متخصصان تأیید و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. برای تجزیه تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و آزمونT با کمک نرمافزارspss استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد بین شایستهگزینی مدیران و خلاقیت کارکنان رابطه وجود دارد، اما جنسیت و تحصیلات بر خلاقیت تأثیر ندارد. طبق یافتههای تحقیق مشخص شد شایستگی مدیران از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر خلاقیت کارکنان میباشد
This research was concluded with the aim of appropriate switching of manager and creativity of employees of broadcasting organization of Golestan province. The research method is descriptive and correlation type. The results of the research obtained from the information collected from 108 employees of broadcasting organization of Golestan provincethat selected by sandom way. Data were collected by using appropriate switching questionnaire several experts confirmed the validity of the questionnaire and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was approved. Data analysis in descriptive statistics level of average, frequency and distribution percentage of frequency was used. Also in inferential statistics level, Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA, T by spss software was applied. Results reveal that there is a relationship between appropriate switching of managers and employees creativity But there is no relation between gender and education with staff creativity. According to the study, the competence of managers effect on employee creativity.
