شناسایی چالش ها و فرصت های پیش روی سیستم آموزشی در فضای مجازی برای گذر از بحران ها: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش ها و فرصت های پیش روی سیستم آموزشی در فضای مجازی برای گذر از بحران ها بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی تجربی بود. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش به روش هدفمند انتخاب و با 25 نفر از متخصصان حوزه آموزش مصاحبه عمیق انجام شد. ابزارگرداوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند است. در این پژوهش مصاحبههای ضبط شده بهصورت کتبی ثبت شدند و به روش هفت مرحلهای کلایزی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. تحلیل تجارب زیسته مشارکت کنندگان موجب شناسایی و دستهبندی و استخراج مقولههای اصلی «چالش های فردی»، «چالش های اجتماعی» و «فرصت های فردی» و «فرصت های اجتماعی» شد. در ادامه از مقولههای اصلی ذکرشده، مقولههای فرعی چالش های فردی مشتمل بر ایجاد هویت پنهان، خود کنترلی کاذب ،عدم خود مدیریتی ،عدم رشد تفکر انتقادی، کسالت تحصیلی و چالش های اجتماعی شامل انزوای اجتماعی ، حذف تعاملات سنتی معلم- دانش آموز، نداشتن محدودیت های اخلاقی، مخدوش شدن روابط والد- فرزندی و فرصت های فردی شامل امکان توسعه ایده ها، افزایش اطلاعات عمومی،امکان مشارکت در تولید محتوا و فرصت های اجتماعی شامل تعامل فعال با سایر مخاطبان ، اشتراک گذاری ایده ها ،توسعه سواد رسانه ای و افزایش آگاهی مخاطب از فرایند آموزش و پرورش، استخراج شدند. یافتههای این پژوهش توانست تصویر روشنی از فرصت ها و چالش های آموزش در فضای مجازی ارائه کند.
The aim of the current research was to identify the challenges and opportunities facing the educational system in virtual space to overcome crises. The present research method was qualitative and experimental phenomenology. Research participants were selected in a targeted way and in-depth interviews were conducted with 25 experts in the field of education. Information gathering in this research is a semi-structured interview. In this research, the recorded interviews were recorded in writing and were analyzed using the seven-step Claesian method. The analysis of the lived experiences of the participants identified and categorized and extracted the main categories of "individual challenges", "social challenges", "individual opportunities" and "social opportunities". In the following, from the main categories mentioned, the subcategories of individual challenges include creating a hidden identity, false self-control, lack of self-management, lack of critical thinking development, academic boredom and social challenges including social isolation, elimination of traditional teacher-student interactions, lack of Ethical restrictions, distortion of parent-child relationships and individual opportunities including the possibility of developing ideas, increasing public information, the possibility of participating in content production and social opportunities including active interaction with other audiences, sharing ideas, developing media literacy and Increasing the awareness of the audience from the process of education were extracted. The findings of this research were able to provide a clear picture of the opportunities and challenges of education in virtual space
