تحلیل نقش فنآورانه شفافیت سازمانی بهمنظور اعتماد سازمانی مدیران واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران

چکیده مقاله :
هدف بررسی نقش فنآورانه شفافیت سازمانی بهمنظور اعتماد سازمانی مدیران دانشگاه آزاد استان مازندران میباشد. این پژوهش کاربردی و توصیفی ازنوع همبستگی و بارویکردآمیخته باطرح اکتشافی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل ۷۵۰ نفر از مدیران دانشگاه می باشدکه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ونمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای ۲۵۴ نفرحجم نمونه برآورد شد. تحقیق در بخش کیفی مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته فناورانه شفافیت سازمانی با پایایی 93/0 و اعتماد سازمانی با پایایی 80/0 بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار تأیید گردید. از آزمون t، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید. نتایج تحلیـل عامـلی اکتشـافی متغیر فناورانه شفافیت سازمانی با دو مؤلفه درک فناوری و وجود وبسایت با واریانس عامل 13/38 و 35/41 تأیید گردید. مقـادیر t ابعاد اعتمادسازمانی (ثبات، وفاداری، شایستگی، یکپارچگی، گشودگی) به ترتیب از 52/5 تا 53/9 وابعـاد فناورآنه شفافیت سازمانی 64/28 و 31/42(بیش از مقدار t مفروض 96/1) تخمین زده شد. ابعاد فوق بر متغیر منظور اثر مثبـت میگذارد و در سطح خطا 05/0 ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری بین مؤلفههای فناورانه شفافیت سازمانی با اعتماد سازمانی و مؤلفههای آن وجود دارد و متغیر فناورانه شفافیت سازمانی با ضریب همبستگی 98/0 با اعتماد سازمانی رابطه مستقیم، مثبت و همبستگی قوی دارد.
The aim is to investigate the technological role of organizational transparency in order to gain organizational trust of the managers of Mazandaran Azad University. This research is an applied and descriptive study of the type of correlation and performance mixed with the exploratory design. The statistical population includes 750 university administrators, which using the Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling of 254 people, the sample size was estimated. The results of heuristic variable technological analysis of organizational transparency with two components of technology understanding and the existence of a website with a factor variance of 38.38 and 41.35 were confirmed. The t-values of organizational trust (stability, loyalty, competence, integrity, openness) were estimated from 5.52 to 9.53 and the technological dimensions of organizational transparency were 28.64 and 42.31 (more than the assumed t-value of 1.96), respectively. The above dimensions have a positive effect on the variable and at the error level of 0.05 there is a positive and significant relationship between the technological components of organizational transparency with organizational trust and its components and the technological variable of organizational transparency with a correlation coefficient of 0.98 with direct trust, positive And has a strong correlation.
