شناسایی عوامل و معیارهای اعتباربخشی نهادهای آموزش عالی در محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر باهدف مروری نظاممند بر معیارهای اعتباربخشی نهادهای آموزش عالی الکترونیکی انجامشد.جامعه پژوهش 341 مقاله در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی و اسناد نهادهای معتبر اعتباربخشی یادگیری الکترونیکی در سطح بینالمللی بود که پس از خارج کردن اسناد و مقالات نامرتبط، تحلیل کلی روی 35 سند به عنوان نمونه صورت پذیرفت و درمجموع 7 عامل و 42 معیار شناسایی شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از کد گذاری باز و محوری با استفاده از نرم افزار QSR و NVIvo استفاده شد و به منظوربررسی قابلیت اعتماد دادههای پژوهش از استراتژی تایید توسط همکاران پژوهش استفاده شد.نتایج یافتهها نشان داد که مهمترین عوامل و معیارهای اعتباربخشی در نهادهای آموزش عالی در محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی عبارتاند از: عوامل مربوط به حکمرانی، برنامهریزی، پژوهش، فرایند یادهی-یادگیری الکترونیکی، پشتیبانی در محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی، فناوری و عوامل روانشناختی مرتبط با ذینفعان که در مطالعات بسیاری موردتوجه قرارگرفته بود نتایج تحقیق حاضر به سیاستگذاران و برنامه ریزان حوزه آموزش عالی در محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی کمک میکند که با استفاده از مؤلفههای شناساییشده از یکسو نیاز به نهادی بهمنظور اعتباربخشی را در اولویت برنامههای راهبردی خود قرار داده و از سویی دیگر با پایش و ارزشیابی نهادهای آموزش عالی الکترونیکی، چالش ها را شناسایی و در جهت بهبود کیفیت تلاش کنند.
The present study was conducted to review the accreditation criteria of higher education institutions systematically. The research population was 341 articles in the databases and documents of reputable e-learning accreditation institutions at the international level. To analyse the data, open and axial coding was used using QSR and NVIvo software, and in order to check the reliability of the research data, the research colleagues used a validation strategy. The results showed that the most critical factors and criteria for accreditation in higher education institutions in the e-learning environment are: factors related to governance, planning, research, e-learning-learning process, e-learning environment support, technology and psychological factors related to stakeholders. It has been considered in many studies.The results of the present study help policy makers and planners in the field of higher education in the e-learning environment to use the identified components on the one hand to prioritize the need for an institution for accreditation in their strategic plans and on the other hand by monitoring and evaluating e-learning institutions. , Identify challenges and strive to improve quality.
