چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی مدل سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت آموزشیار دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق، آمیخته می باشد . در بخش کیفی، با مراجعه به اسناد و سامانه ی آموزشیار، فرایند سیستم های اطلاعاتی مورد بازبینی قرار گرفته است. در بخش کمی، روش تحقیق از نوع میدانی می باشد . جهت ارزیابی مدل، از معیارهای خادمی زاده ، فرجی و قاسمی (1399) به وسیله ی توزیع پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. معیارهای مذکور شامل مولفه های سازمانی، فردی، اطلاعاتی، فناوری می باشد. جامعه آماری، کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شیراز به تعداد 320 نفر می باشند که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده اند. روش تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان به تعداد 175 نفر می باشد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تی تک نمونه استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تمامی عوامل فردی، سازمانی، اطلاعاتی و فناوری در سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت آموزشیار از منظر کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شیراز بالاتر از سطح متوسط می باشد .
This study aimed to evaluate the information systems model of the management of Islamic Azad University. This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of research method. In the quality section, the process of information systems has been reviewed by referring to the documents and the instructor system. In the quantitative part, the research method is field type. To evaluate the model, Khademizadeh, Faraji & Ghasemi (1399) criteria were used by distributing a questionnaire. The mentioned criteria include organizational, individual, information, technology components. The statistical population is all the Shiraz Islamic Azad University staff, 320 people who were selected by simple random sampling. The method of determining the sample size using the Morgan table is 175 people. A one-sample t-test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that all individual, organizational, information, and technological factors in the management information management systems from the perspective of Shiraz Islamic Azad University staff are above average.
