چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل مفهومی کیفیت خدمات دیجیتال کتابخانهای در سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی به تعداد 27 نفر در بخش دلفی و کاربران تالار رقمی کتابخانه در کل ایران به تعداد 500060 نفر در بخش استنباطی میباشند. در بخش دلفی از سرشماری و در بخش استباطی نیز نمونهها با روش غیر احتمالی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامهای است که اعتبار آن توسط روشهای روایی سازه و بارهای عاملی و همچنین پایایی آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای توصیفی میانگین و انحراف معیار، آزمون بارتلت، تحلیل عاملی و همچنین تحلیل مسیر، با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری اسپیاساس و ایموس بهره برده شد. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، کیفیت خدمات کتابخانههای دیجیتالی در چهار عامل اصلی داخلی، خارجی، عامل سوم و کیفیت خدمات خروجی قابل طبقهبندی است. این چهار عامل، میتوانند معیار خوبی برای ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات کتابخانههای دیجیتالی باشند. بهرهگیری از چارچوب نهایی پژوهش حاضر میتواند کتابخانههای دیجیتالی را در دستیابی به سطح کیفیت مورد انتظار یاری رساند.
The objective of the present study is to design and validate the conceptual model of. This is an applied, exploratory mixed research. The statistical population of the study is all members of the Scientific Board of the National Library and Archives of Iran with 27 people in the Delphi method and 500,060 users of the Digital Library Hall throughout the Iran in the statistical inferencesection. Statistical samples were selected based on a census in the Delphi sectionand by the convenience method in the statistical inference section. A questionnaire was used to collect data whose validity was confirmed by construct validity method, factor loadingand Cronbach's alpha reliability. Descriptive tests including mean and standard deviation, Bartlett's test, factor analysis, and path analysis were used to analyze the research data using the SPSS and Amos statistical software. Based on the research findings, the quality of services in digital libraries can be classified into four main factors: internal factor, external factor, third factor, and the quality of output services. These four factors can be a good measure of the quality of services in digital libraries. Utilizing the final framework of the present study can help digital libraries achieve the expected quality level.
