بررسی اثر تنش شوری مصنوعی بر اثر کاربرد پرایمینگ بذر با اسید استیک و سدیم هیدروکسید بر شاخص های رشد گیاه زیره سبز

به منظور بررسی اثر تنش شوری، پرایمینگ بذر و محلول پاشی با تنظیم کننده های رشد استیک اسید و سدیم هیدروکسید بر ویژگی های زراعی زیره سبز، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی مدیریت جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان دنا به صورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل آبیاری در سه سطح (7، 10 و 14 روز) به عنوان فاکتور اصلی و تیمار پرایمینگ در پنج سطح (شاهد، بذر مال اسید استیک اسید 5/0 میلی مولار، محلول پاشی سدیم هیدروکسید 2 در هزار، بذر مال اسید استیک اسید+ محلول پاشی اسید استیک اسید 5/0 میلی مولار) به عنوان فاکتور فرعی بودند. در پایان فصل رشد صفات وزن خشک کل، تعداد دانه در غلاف، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت محاسبه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش شوری تأثیر معنی داری بر تمامی صفات مورد بررسی داشت. بیشترین میانگین در صفات از دور آبیاری 7 روز حاصل شد. اثر پرایمینگ بذر بر تمامی صفات اندازه گیری شده در سطح 5 درصد معنی دار شد. بیشترین میانگین عملکرد از تیمار بذر مال استیک اسید+ محلول پاشی استیک اسید 5/0 میلی مولار حاصل شد. استیک اسید توانست در شرایط تنش اثر تنش شوری را بر رشد گیاه کاهش دهد.
Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of salinity stress, seed priming and foliar spraying with acetic acid and sodium hydroxide on the agronomic characteristics of cumin, an experiment was carried out in the research farm of the Jihad Agricultural Management of Dana town in the form of a split plot in the form of a randomized complete block design and in three replications. experimental treatments include irrigation at three levels (7 days, 10 days and 14 days) as the main factor and priming treatment at five levels (control, 0.5 mM acetic acid mal seed, foliar spraying of sodium hydroxide 2 per thousand, seeds of acetic acid + 0.5 mM acetic acid foliar spray) were as secondary factors. At the end of the growing season, the traits of total dry weight, number of seeds per pod, weight of 1000 seeds, biological yield, seed yield and harvest index were calculated. The results showed that salinity stress had a significant effect on all investigated traits. The highest average in the traits was obtained from the 7-day irrigation cycle. The effect of seed priming on all measured traits was significant. The highest average yield was obtained from the treatment of acetic acid + foliar application of acetic acid.
