7 - تهیه نانوذره های مغناطیسی آهن اکسید اصلاح شده با مایع یونی [Fe3O4@SiO2@[DABCO-PDO]Cl] برای پیش تغلیظ و اندازهگیری سرب در نمونههای آّبی با طیف نورسنجی جذب اتمی شعلهایپژوهش های کاربردی در شیمی , العدد 2 , السنة 15 , تابستان 1402در این پژوهش از نانوذره های مغناطیسی آهن اکسید اصلاح ‎شده با مایع یونی [Fe3O4@SiO2@[DABCO-PDO]Cl] برای پیش تغلیظ و اندازه گیری مقادیر کم یون سرب در نمونه های آبی با دستگاه جذب اتمی شعله ای استفاده شده است. عامل های تجربی موثر بر استخراج و پیش تغلیظ سرب بررسی و بهی أکثردر این پژوهش از نانوذره های مغناطیسی آهن اکسید اصلاح ‎شده با مایع یونی [Fe3O4@SiO2@[DABCO-PDO]Cl] برای پیش تغلیظ و اندازه گیری مقادیر کم یون سرب در نمونه های آبی با دستگاه جذب اتمی شعله ای استفاده شده است. عامل های تجربی موثر بر استخراج و پیش تغلیظ سرب بررسی و بهینه سازی شدند. تحت شرایط بهینه منحنی واسنجی در گستره غلظت 8/0 تا 6/1 میکروگرم بر لیتر خطی بود و ضریب تعیین 9986/0 به‎ دست آمد. عامل پیش‎ تغلیظ برای 50 میلی‎ لیتر محلول سرب معادل 100 و حد تشخیص روش، 25/0 میکروگرم بر لیتر به‎ دست آمد. درصد انحراف نسبی روش با 4 تکرار پی‎درپی در یک روز و بین چند روز به ترتیب 8/1 و 5/2 به دست آمد. تعیین مقدار سرب با موفقیت در نمونه های آبی (آب باران شهر تهران، آب آشامیدنی منطقه شهرک غرب تهران و آب معدنی) به کار برده شد. مقادیر بازده نسبی 6/90 تا 8/97 درصدگزارش شد. برای بررسی ساختار و ریخت نانوجاذب تهیه‎ شده، پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD)، طیف‎ سنجی فروسرخ تبدیل فوریه (FTIR) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی پویشی (SEM) به‎کارگرفنه شد. تفاصيل المقالة
