تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی سبب لطمه زدن به امنیت غذایی و کاهش اشتغال شده و افزایش پدیده‌های مهاجرت را نیز به دنبال دارد. از سوی دیگر تشدید استفاده از زمین ممکن است نیاز به سرمایه‌گذاری‌های زیاد در بهبود آن برای بازگرداندن حاصلخیزی به زمین داشته باشد. بنابراین جلوگیری از تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی امری ضروری می‌باشد. این مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی در شهرستان دزفول را مورد مطالعه قرار میدهد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پژوهش‌های میدانی و با طراحی و تکمیل 205 پرسشنامه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب از بهرهبرداران کشاورزی شهرستان دزفول در سال 1393 و 1394 جمع‌آوری گردید. جهت رسیدن به هدف از مدل لاجیت استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای سن، بعد خانوار، مساحت اراضی دارای تاثیر معنی‌دار و مثبت و متغیرهای تعداد افراد شاغل خانواده در بخش کشاورزی، فاصله اراضی تا مرکز شهر، اجاره بهای زمین، نگرش کشاورزان نسبت به حفظ کاربری اراضی کشاورزی، داشتن شغل اصلی کشاورزی و مرغوبیت و حاصلخیزی اراضی دارای تاثیر معنی‌دار و منفی بر تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی می‌باشند. تفاصيل المقالة
