ارزیابی برخی شاخصهای تشخیصی مرتبط با مسمومیت آبستنی تحتبالینی در میشهای نژاد لری-بختیاری

ملخص المقالة :
مسمومیت آبستنی یک اختلال متابولیکی مهم در میشهای آبستن بوده که اغلب در ماههای آخر آبستنی با افزایش شمار تلفات و یا کاهش بازده میشها موجب ایجاد خسارت مادی به صنعت دامداری میشود. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی ارتباط مسمومیت آبستنی تحتبالینی و چندقلوزایی در میشهای نژاد لری-بختیاری و ارتباط غلظت BHBA (Betahydroxybutyric acid)، گلوکز، کلسترول و تری گلیسرید در میشهای غیرآبستن و آبستن (تک قلو و دوقلو) و مقایسه این شاخصها با تعداد جنینها انجام شد. بدین منظور خون وداجی از 103 رأس میش لری-بختیاری شامل 30 رأس میش غیرآبستن (گروه شاهد) و 73 رأس میش آبستن در ماه پنجم آبستنی (68 رأس تکقلو و 5 رأس دوقلو آبستن) اخذ شده و غلظت BHBA، گلوکز، تری گلیسرید و کلسترول نمونههای سرمی تهیه شده اندازهگیری شدند. بر اساس یافته ها، تفاوت آماری معنیداری در غلظت BHBA و کلسترول سرمی میش های 3 گروه مورد مطالعه مشاهده نشد. اما تفاوت آماری معنیداری در غلظت گلوکز سرم حیوانات شاهد و گروه های آبستن تکقلو و آبستن دوقلو وجود داشت (05/0>p). همچنین غلظت تری گلیسرید سرم در میشهای دوقلو آبستن بطور معنیداری نسبت به 2 گروه دیگر بیشتر بود (05/0>p). آزمون پیرسون هم در میشهای دوقلو آبستن ارتباط منفی معنیداری بین غلظت BHBA و گلوکز نشان داد (001/0p< و 402/0r=-)؛ در حالی که بین غلظت BHBA و تریگلیسرید و غلظت BHBA و کلسترول در گروه دوقلو آبستن ارتباط آماری معنیداری مشاهده نشد. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد BHBA، گلوکز و تری گلیسرید شاخصهای مناسبی جهت تشخیص مسمومیت آبستنی تحتبالینی در ماه آخر آبستنی میشهای لری-بختیاری هستند، در حالی که سنجش کلسترول در تشخیص بیماری کارآیی مناسبی ندارد.
