مسمومیت آبستنی یک اختلال متابولیکی مهم در میشهای آبستن بوده که اغلب در ماههای آخر آبستنی با افزایش شمار تلفات و یا کاهش بازده میشها موجب ایجاد خسارت مادی به صنعت دامداری میشود. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی ارتباط مسمومیت آبستنی تحتبالینی و چندقلوزایی در میشهای نژاد لری-بختیاری و ارتباط غلظت BHBA (Betahydroxybutyric acid)، گلوکز، کلسترول و تری گلیسرید در میشهای غیرآبستن و آبستن (تک قلو و دوقلو) و مقایسه این شاخصها با تعداد جنینها انجام شد. بدین منظور خون وداجی از 103 رأس میش لری-بختیاری شامل 30 رأس میش غیرآبستن (گروه شاهد) و 73 رأس میش آبستن در ماه پنجم آبستنی (68 رأس تکقلو و 5 رأس دوقلو آبستن) اخذ شده و غلظت BHBA، گلوکز، تری گلیسرید و کلسترول نمونههای سرمی تهیه شده اندازهگیری شدند. بر اساس یافته ها، تفاوت آماری معنیداری در غلظت BHBA و کلسترول سرمی میش های 3 گروه مورد مطالعه مشاهده نشد. اما تفاوت آماری معنیداری در غلظت گلوکز سرم حیوانات شاهد و گروه های آبستن تکقلو و آبستن دوقلو وجود داشت (05/0>p). همچنین غلظت تری گلیسرید سرم در میشهای دوقلو آبستن بطور معنیداری نسبت به 2 گروه دیگر بیشتر بود (05/0>p). آزمون پیرسون هم در میشهای دوقلو آبستن ارتباط منفی معنیداری بین غلظت BHBA و گلوکز نشان داد (001/0p< و 402/0r=-)؛ در حالی که بین غلظت BHBA و تریگلیسرید و غلظت BHBA و کلسترول در گروه دوقلو آبستن ارتباط آماری معنیداری مشاهده نشد. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد BHBA، گلوکز و تری گلیسرید شاخصهای مناسبی جهت تشخیص مسمومیت آبستنی تحتبالینی در ماه آخر آبستنی میشهای لری-بختیاری هستند، در حالی که سنجش کلسترول در تشخیص بیماری کارآیی مناسبی ندارد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Pregnancy toxemia is known as an important metabolic disorder in pregnant ewes, which often causes damage to the animal husbandry industry in the final months of pregnancy by increasing the number of casualties or reducing the productivity of ewes. This study was performed to investigate the relationship between subclinical pregnancy toxemia and litter size in Lori-Bakhtiari ewes and the relationship between BHBA (Beta-hydroxybutyric acid), glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations in non-pregnant and pregnant (singleton and twins) ewes. Jugular vein blood samples were obtained from 103 Lori-Bakhtiari ewes including 30 non-pregnant ewes (control group) and 73 pregnant ewes in their fifth month of pregnancy (68 singleton and 5 twins). Concentration of BHBA, glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol in serum samples were measured using commercial kits and photometry. There was no significant difference regarding BHBA and cholesterol between the three studied groups. There was a significant difference in serum glucose concentration between the control group with singleton pregnant and twin pregnant groups (p<0.05). Triglyceride concentration in twin pregnant group was significantly higher than the other two groups (p<0.05). Pearson's test in twin pregnant ewes indicated a significant negative correlation between BHBA and glucose (p<0.001 and r=-0.402); While there was no significant relationship between BHBA and triglyceride, and BHBA and cholesterol in twin pregnant group. The results of the present study showed that BHBA, glucose and triglyceride are reliable indicators for subclinical pregnancy toxemia detection in the last month of pregnancy of Lori-Bakhtiari ewes; however, measurement of cholesterol is not useful in this regard.
