تکیاختههای زئونوتیک منتقله از آب و موادغذایی تهدیدی ناشناخته بهعنوان عوامل بیولوژیک در بیوتروریسم (مقاله مروری)

ملخص المقالة :
برخی از تکیاختههای زئونوتیک بهراحتی از طریق موادغذایی و آب منتقل و باعث بیماریهای جدی در انسان و حیوان میشوند. این عوامل بیماریزا بهعلت اینکه برخی از خصوصیات یک عامل بیولوژیک مؤثر از جمله دوره کمون و دوز عفونی پایین، مقاومت بالا در برابر ضدعفونیکنندهها را دارا هستند. بنابراین میتوانند بهعنوان یک عامل بیولوژیک ناشناخته در بیوتروریسم ایفای نقش کنند. با تهدیدات فزاینده بیوتروریسم و عوامل بیولوژیکی و استفاده آنها توسط برخی از کشورهای استعمارگر، شناسایی و شناخت این عوامل ناشناخته و راههای پیشگیری از آن امری ضروری بهنظر میرسد. بر اساس یک مطالعه سیستماتیک کلید واژههای بیوتروریسم، بیولوژیک و زئونوزهای تک یاختهای، انگل، اسامی انگلهای منتقله از آب و مواد غذایی در پایگاههای معتبر اطلاعاتی جستجو و موضوعات مرتبط مطالعه گردید. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان میدهد که تکیاختههای زئونوزتیک نظیر ژیاردیا اینتستینالیس، انتاموبا هیستولیتیکا، کریپتوسپوریدیوم پارووم و توکسوپلاسما گوندی که توانایی انتقال از طریق موادغذایی و آب را دارند، بهعنوان عوامل بیولوژیکی در حملات بیوتروریسم ایفای نقش میکنند. از آنجایی که این تکیاختهها در برابر برخی از ضدعفونیکنندهها از جمله کلر و دماهای پایین مقاوم هستند، بنابراین تنها راه مقابله با آنها در زمانهای بحران، جوشاندن آب در دمای 60 درجه سلسیوس بهمدت 15-10 دقیقه و نیز پختن کامل موادغذایی مشکوک به آلودگی میباشد.
