تدوین و اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر شکوفایی ویژه دانشآموزان سه سال اول دبستان

ملخص المقالة :
شکوفایی مفهوم جدیدی است که رسالت آن، ایجاد رفتار سازنده و ارتقاء بهزیستی همچون افزایش هیجان مثبت، تعهد و مجذوبیت، روابط مثبت با دیگران، احساس معنای زندگی، موفقیت و پیشرفت در کنار آموزش دروس دانش آموزان در کلاس و مدرسه بهعنوان مکانی مناسب جهت فراگیری ارزشها و هنجارها است. این پژوهش با هدف، ساخت و اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر شکوفایی ویژه دانش آموزان سه سال اول دبستان انجام گردید. روش این پژوهش برای مرحله طراحی و ساخت بسته آموزشی، روش طراحی ابزار با رویکرد ترکیبی اکتشافی متوالی بود. برای بررسی روایی بسته آموزشی، از روش روایی محتوایی به شیوه کیفی و کمّی با حضور 20 متخصص حوزه مثبتگرایی و از دو ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوا استفاده شد. حداقل و حداکثر میزان 85/0 و 1 محاسبه شد. شاخص روایی محتوا برای کل بسته 84/0 به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر شکوفایی برای دانش آموزان سه سال اول دبستان از روایی محتوایی مناسبی بهره مند است و روایی و پایایی لازم را برای کاربردهای آموزشی و پژوهشی دارد. به عبارتی بسته آموزشی تدوین شده توان ارتقاء شکوفایی یادگیرندگان را در سیستمهای آموزشی دارا می باشد.
