اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی

اضطراب اجتماعی از شایعترین بیماریهای مزمن است و عوامل روانشناختی بسیاری در بروز و وخامت آن دخیل هستند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر بجنورد در سال 1398 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 30 نفر از آنان انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایشی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای اضطراب اجتماعی (Connor, Davidson, et al, 2000)، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان (Garnefski & Kraaij, 2006) و نشخوار فکری (Nolen Hoeksema & Morrow, 1991) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایشی تحت درمان پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند؛ اما گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها نشان داد درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و نشخوار فکری زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی اثربخش بود(0.001p<). باتوجه به نتایج به دست آمده، میتوان از این درمان در جهت کاهش دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و نشخوار فکری زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی بهره برد و از این راه به کاهش تنش برای بیماران مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی کمک نمود.
