تحلیل میزان امنیت شهری و زیست‌محیطی در پیاده راه‌های اقلیم بارشی رشت (مطالعه موردی: پیاده راه علم الهدی)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: هدف این تحقیق، تحلیل میزان امنیت در پیاده‌راه‌ها با رویکرد امنیت زیست‌محیطی در اقلیم بارشی می‌باشد که به عنوان نمونه، پیادراه علم‌الهدی در شهر رشت برگزیده شده است.روش بررسی: روش تحقیق، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بوده و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، به روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه و نظرسنجی از شهروندان انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، برای تحلیل پرسشنامه‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: پیاده‌راه‌ها یکی از اصلی‌ترین فضاهای شهری در شهرها می‌باشند و نقش بسیار عمده‌ای را در امنیت شهری و زیست‌محیطی افراد و فعالیت‌های شهری دارند. بنابراین می‌توان گفت: تأمین امنیت انسانی و زیست‌محیطی این فضاها می‌تواند کمک شایانی به شهروندان و رشد کیفی شهر داشته باشد. چرا که امنیت زیست‌محیطی یکی از مؤلفه‌های اصلی امنیت انسانی محسوب می‌گردد و مقوله امنیت نیز در زیرمجموعه‌های ایجاد پایداری شهرها ذکر شده است؛ به همین دلیل بررسی میزان امنیت در پیاده‌راه‌ها و ارائه اصول ارتقا آن می‌تواند در ایجاد شهر ایمن، زنده، فعال و دارای محیط زیست سالم با استفاده از انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر نقش حیاتی داشته باشد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بعد از تبدیل خیابان علم‌الهدی به پیاده‌راه، از لحاظ کالبدی و مسائل امنیت زیست‌محیطی، تمهیداتی در نظر گرفته شده که میزان امنیت را در این فضا بالا برده است؛ از جمله این تمهیدات عدم امکان ورود وسایل نقلیه موتوری در این فضاها، کنترل این فضاها توسط پلیس و روشنایی و نورپردازی با استفاده از انرژی‌های پاک و تجدیدپذیر بوده است. علاوه بر این موارد در ارتقا امنیت مؤلفه‌های دیگری نیز مؤثر هستند که در این پژوهش بدانها پرداخته شد.
