نقش اتاق پرو (اتاق تعویض لباس) فروشگاهها در مراکز خرید تهران بر به یاد آوردن تجارب خرید: رویکرد ترکیبی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش: پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر اتاق پرو فروشگاهها در مراکز خرید بر واکنشهای رفتاری و هیجانی است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش بر اساس رویکرد ترکیبی انجام شده است. ابتدا با استفاده از روش کیفی و پارادایم پدیدارشناسی به بررسی امکانات مورد نیاز اتاق پرو و رابطه آنها با واکنشهای رفتاری و هیجانی، در جامعه زنان نسل وای پنج فروشگاه بزرگ شهر تهران پرداخته شده، سپس مطالعه کمی - تجربی با طرح عاملی 2×2 و بر اساس پرسشنامه مبتنی بر سناریو اجرا شده است. مطالعه کیفی با 16 مشارکتکننده و انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و مطالعه کمی - تجربی با 240 نفر از مشتریان اجرا و شواهد مطالعه کیفی با کدگذاری مصاحبهها و دادههای کمی با تحلیل واریانس دو سویه و رگرسیون فرآیندی تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. یافتههای پژوهش: در بخش کیفی مقولههای تسهیلاتی، بهداشتی، ساختاری، اساسی، واکنشهای هیجانی و رفتاری مثبت و منفی، ارزیابی درست از محصولات شناسایی شده است. در بخش کمی - تجربی، از اثرات اصلی و متقابل متغیرهای مستقل نوع اتاق پرو و ارزیابی مشتری از اتاق پرو بر واکنش هیجانی و رفتاری به صورت معنادار حمایت شده است. نتیجهگیری: امکانات اتاق پرو محرکی مهم در فرآیند تصمیمگیری خرید پوشاک است که مناسب بودن امکانات آن باعث پیامدهای هیجانی و رفتاری مثبت میشود. ارزیابی مشتری از اتاق پرو ضمن تأثیر بر واکنشهای هیجانی و رفتاری، تأثیر امکانات اتاق پرو بر واکنشها را تعدیل میکند. بنابراین توجه به امکانات اتاق پرو و نیازها و خواستههای مشتریان میتواند نتایج مثبت برای فروشگاه ایجاد نماید.
