هدف: فساد منجر به تخصیص نادرست بودجه و منابع مالی می‌شودو برای مبارزه با فساد می بایست فرهنگ سازمانی قوی وجود داشته باشند که انجام فعالیت بدنی برای بهبود فرهنگ سازمانی مثمر ثمر خواهد بود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر فعالیت بدنی بر مبارزه با فساد اداری با نقش میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی اداره ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی می باشد. روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی است و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش یک تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماري این تحقیق کارکنان اداره ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی به تعداد 890 نفر و حجم نمونه طبق فرمول کوکران 268 نفر است. از روش میدانی و از ابزار پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری داده های تحقیق استفاده شده است. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ها مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج در این پژوهش از معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاکی از ان است که فعالیت بدنی بر فرهنگ سازمانی تاثیر مثبت دارد. فرهنگ سازمانی بر مبارزه با فساد اداری تاثیر مثبت دارد. فعالیت بدنی بر مبارزه با فساد اداری با نقش میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی تاثیر مثبت دارد. نتیجه گیری: فعالیت بدنی منجر به بهبود روحیه، افزایش تحمل استرس، و ارتقای سطح سلامت روان در کارکنان می‌شود. این بهبودها، به نوبه خود، می‌توانند منجر به ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی قوی‌تر و ضد فساد شوند. |
